Sometimes the fix is a whole new boiler. Like this cast iron natural gas Advantage PurePro. This replaced a boiler that was in service for 60 years. And yes this boiler should be able to go that distance as well. Thanks for looking!

It can be challenging to build manifolds when your boiler is in the center of a room versus on a wall. Mounting and space management become more difficult. But given the circumstances I think this install came out quite nicely. What do you think? Here is what was installed:

- Weil Mclain 4 section cast iron oil fired boiler
- Beckett 2 stage burner
- PurePro 41 gallon Indirect water heater
- 4 zone heating system zoned with zone valves
- Caleffi air separator
- All new shut off valves and purge tees

Plumb: perfectly vertical or straight up and down. It's the opposite of level, which is horizontal. In construction, this means a wall, column, or other vertical element is accurately aligned with the ceiling and floor, making a 90-degree angle.
