Gabe Was happy when we thought the stoppage was a basic laundry stoppage (ie lint)…..but this turned out to be much more! About 15’ away is the kitchen sink……this is where the issue multiplied! The snake cable can back in a white coating…..aka….kitchen grease! And lots of it! While we did open the line with the cable…..the home owner was horrified with the amount of grease in the line. They wanted the line cleaned more effectively……that’s where the jetter comes in! Unfortunately we had to work within the house…..so controlling the backwash is critical! To not having a mad homeowner! We ran the hose multiple times and added a degreaser to help clean the line better! Came out great and I think we earned a new long term customer.

Oh this was a fun one!?! The builder plumbers…….did not do anyone any favors! Very tight! Luckily the wall was furrowed out……and doing a little wood barbering……had no bearing on structural integrity! We reconfigured a bit, and this allowed us some flexibility on the replacement.

The customer complained of a water hammer/chattering inside the building. We noted that this zone pressure controlling valve, was corroded in the bottom…….and about to spring a leak! So we located a replacement and scheduled a time to shut down the building’s water and remove the old unit. Got the faces cleaned up and dropped in some new bolt hardware and gaskets, and placed her and bolted her up. We got the rep on the phone to walk us through with the start up process and got her dialed in. All in a days work!
