‼ SERVICE DELAY NOTICE ‼

At 12:15 PM on our scheduled Tuesday route, a part has failed on the automatic side load arm on the garbage truck. This has made the arm useless. Parts are enroute, and the truck will be fixed early morning Wednesday 4/15/2026.

The rest of the week will operate at a one day delayed schedule.

Portions of the Tuesday route will be completed Wednesday 4/15/2026.

Wednesday will be completed on Thursday 4/16/2026

Thursday will be completed on Friday 4/17/2026

Friday will be completed on Saturday 4/18/2026

⚠️ SERVICE DELAY NOTICE ⚠️

Due to weather conditions, Spicer Property Management will be fully closed on Monday.

As a result, ALL garbage and recycling pickup will be delayed by ONE DAY this week, starting Tuesday, 1/27.

🗑️ Please place your tote curbside the night before your adjusted pickup day and leave it out until serviced.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our team and customers. Regular service schedules will resume next week.

Marion Township Customers! Please advise with road conditions today have caused a delay in service! We will be picking up later than our usual arrival times. Thank you!

Tote Delivery Update!!

Williamson and Marion townships, totes will be delivered tonight 1/2/2025. It may be past 10:00PM before we have all totes delivered to those areas.

Walworth and Macedone townships, totes will be delivered Friday 1/3/2025. We plan to start delivering around 5:00 AM. All deliveries should be done by 10:00 PM.

Ontario Township, totes will be delivered on Friday 1/3/2025 thru Saturday 1/4/2025.

We appreciate everyone's support and patience!!
