Okay, let’s get serious for a minute.
Here are 3 signs you need to call us 🧱
1. Cracks in Your Wall 📉
Look for those zig-zag "staircase" lines climbing up your brickwork. If you can fit a coin or a credit card into the crack, your wall is shifting. This is an open invitation for water, bugs, and drafts to enter your home.
2. Leaning or "Crumbly" Chimneys 🏗️
Take a look at your roofline. Does the chimney look like it’s pulling away from the house? Do you see chunks of brick in your gutters or on the lawn? A leaning chimney is a major safety hazard, and crumbling bricks could mean water is soaking into your attic every time it rains.
3. Crumbling Mortar ⏳
Check the "lines" between your bricks. If you can rub them and they turn to dust, or if there are deep holes where the mortar used to be, the "glue" holding your house together is failing. When the mortar goes, the bricks lose their support and start to crack.
