Timeless architecture with a modern edge. 🏡

From the dramatic rooflines and striking black windows to the beautiful contrast of brick and stucco, every detail of this custom home was designed with intention.

We believe true luxury is found in thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and creating homes that will stand the test of time.

A little history, a lot of character, and a lifelong love of classic cars!

We’ve always known Josh was the king of his garage, but now it’s official! We’re excited to see him featured in CityScope Magazine’s Southern Gentleman issue!

Once home to Ooltewah’s Plott’s Repair Shop, this former mechanic’s garage has been transformed into a unique blend of past and present. Filled with classic cars, vintage signs, and one-of-a-kind finds, the space now serves as Cain Development’s office and a favorite gathering spot for family and friends.

For Josh, it’s all about preserving a piece of history while surrounding himself with the things he loves.

Thank you, CityScope Magazine, for sharing the story!

It’s hard to believe it’s been a year and a half since we welcomed the first residents of River Gorge Ranch HOME! 🏡❤️

Since then, holidays have been celebrated, memories have been made, and neighbors have become friends. What started as a vision is becoming a beautiful community filled with life!

One of our favorite parts of what we do is building lasting relationships with our clients. Handing over the keys is just the beginning! Watching families settle in, make memories, and truly love the homes we helped create is what makes it all so special.

We couldn’t let the day come to an end without wishing Josh and Jordan a Happy Boss’s Day! 🖤

Behind every beautiful home is a whole lot of hard work, dedication, and leadership. These two lead by example, take pride in every detail, and never ask their team to do something they wouldn’t do themselves.

From the job sites to the big decisions, they keep Cain Development moving forward while staying true to the craftsmanship, integrity, and personal relationships that built this company.

We might give them a hard time every now and then, but we’re pretty lucky to have these two leading the way!

Happy Boss’s Day, Josh and Jordan! 🏡👏
