We’re proud to have successfully completed the 9th largest documented continuous concrete pour in Miami-Dade County for the Edge House project.

Over the course of 32 continuous hours, our team placed:
▪️ 6,575 cubic yards of concrete
▪️ 2,500 tons of reinforcing steel
▪️ 730+ concrete truck deliveries
▪️ 6 concrete pumps operating simultaneously
▪️ A mat foundation spanning 16,340 square feet with thicknesses ranging from 6.5 to 11 feet
▪️ More than 200 dedicated personnel working together to make it happen

This achievement is a testament to the planning, coordination, and commitment of every crew member, subcontractor, supplier, and partner involved. Thank you to everyone who helped make this record-setting pour a success.

What has to happen before 6,600 cubic yards of concrete can be poured for a building’s mat foundation?

More than 2,500 tons of reinforcing steel (rebar) must be carefully installed to form the structural framework that will be encapsulated in concrete.

That’s exactly what happened at Edge House Miami, where our team recently completed the 9th largest documented continuous concrete pour in Miami-Dade County.

Yesterday, we gathered alongside our partners, clients, and community leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking of FIU's Helen and Jacob Shaham Academic Medical Center.  

Slated to open in 2028, the $162 Million, seven-story facility will feature both academic learning environments and outpatient multi-specialty services. is also partnering with , and together they will shape the future of healthcare and medical education.

We are proud to be entering a JV with Robins & Morton on this impactful project, and we are honored to help bring this vision to life for Florida International University and the communities it will serve for generations to come!

Big things are happening at our Domus Brickell Center project! 🚧🏙️ We’re excited to share the progress as this 36-story tower continues to rise in the heart of Brickell.
