Requirements of employment:
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a drug screening and DOT physical.
• Reliable transportation to and from shop/warehouse.
• Transportation is provided from shop/warehouse to job sites.
• Must be able and willing to work Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 5pm, occasionally later if the job is near completion.
• Occasional Saturdays if the job requires.

Qualifications:
• Any previous construction experience.
• Minor mechanic skills.
• Welding, painting, or spraying of any sort, but not a requirement.

Job Description:
• Prep residential and commercial jobs (hanging plastic on windows and doors; covering floors in plastic).
• Properly hanging fiberglass insulation in walls.
• Assist in spraying foam, cutting, and shaving foam off exterior walls.
• Vacuuming shavings with an industrial vacuum.

Pay/Benefits:
• Paid holidays after 90 day probationary period.
• 40+ hours a week.
• PTO after 1 year of accumulated 40 hours.
