INTERN SPOTLIGHT 👋 Meet Grayson Engels

Grayson is spending his summer with our Service Maintenance team in Santa Rosa Beach, learning what it takes to help clients maintain and protect their buildings. As a Building and Construction Science major at Mississippi State University, he's getting the opportunity to see how classroom concepts translate into real-world solutions.

We're glad to have Grayson on board this summer and can't wait to see what he accomplishes over the summer!

Each year, we bring our teams together for an All Hands Meeting in each region, and last week it was our Santa Rosa Beach Region's turn!

While these meetings give us a chance to reflect on our progress, celebrate wins, and look ahead to the future, the best part is always the time spent together as a team. Strong companies are built on strong relationships, and we're grateful for the people who make C/Sharpe what it is.

Our Technical Training team recently visited our Tampa office to lead Exterior Wall Systems training for our team serving Central and South Florida👏
