We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our tree service team as Ground Crew Members.

Job Duties Include:
• Assisting climbers and equipment operators
• Rope handling and rigging operations
• Operating chainsaws, chippers, and other tree equipment safely
• Hauling brush, logs, and debris
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Directing lowering operations and communicating with climbers
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Performing basic equipment maintenance
• Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE

Requirements:
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Tree service, landscaping, construction, or labor experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person

Bucket Operator – Tree Service
Company: TT&B; LLC
Location: Volusia County, FL (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
Position Overview
TT&B; LLC is seeking an experienced Bucket Operator to join our growing tree service team. This role
is responsible for safely operating bucket trucks and performing aerial tree work, including trimming,
pruning, and removals. We are looking for someone dependable, safety-focused, and capable of
working efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
1 Operate the bucket truck safely for aerial tree trimming and removals
2 Perform proper pruning techniques and safe tree dismantling
3 Work closely with the ground crew to ensure efficient job completion
4 Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
5 Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
6 Set up and maintain safe work zones (cones, signage, traffic awareness)
7 Assist with rigging, cutting, and debris management as needed
8 Communicate clearly with crew members and management
Requirements
1 Minimum 2+ years of experience operating a bucket truck in tree work
2 Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
3 Strong knowledge of tree cutting, rigging, and safety practices
4 Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
5 Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working long hours
6 Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
1 CDL (Class B or A)
2 Experience with chainsaws, rigging systems, and aerial lifts
3 OSHA or safety certifications
4 Experience working around power lines (plus but not required)
