With freezing temperatures on the way, just a reminder to unhook all hoses from your home and drain sprinkler systems. Also, if you have not turned your heating source on, test it before an emergency. Give us a call if the emergency does show up!

Time for the yearly reminder to UNHOOK your garden hoses. Temperatures will be below freezing soon!
Change the filter in your furnace/ air handler. If you have a humidifier replace the filter.
Clean the filters in HRV/ERV
Call for a fall tune up if any questions!

Spring is coming and with spring comes moisture. Please remember to check your sump pumps! Make sure and hose attached to the house is not frozen and the water can escape. Exercise the Sump to make sure it is operational!
