Here is an example to hire right the first time! This client hired another contractor to pour a monolithic slab for a garage and come to find out that’s not what the client got as well as the slab wasn’t set off the property line as needed and no county permits were pulled! We had the honor to make it right! This client is super happy and now they can get their garage with no issues! If this is something you’re looking to do give us a call we’ll take the worry out of the job!

Here we excavated and graded in front of this house giving it a much leveler access and positive drainage from the house as before the ground sloped straight to the front porch. We also brought up the grade at the side stairs of the house making better access and graded the backyard filling in the low spots and cutting the high spots, leaving everything seeded and strawed!

Demoed this concrete patio that was improperly installed and cause water damage to the floor structure of house. We left this client with a proper graded yard with the potential of a future concrete patio.

One stage of a project at this clients Airbnb. Here we offered this client with a solution by diverting the storm water to an excavated ditch/ swell along the driveway to a culvert pipe crossing the driveway eliminating any erosion/wash-out to the road.
