Congratulations to our Executive Director Mike Adray! At our BNI National Conference with over 650 attendees, 110 regions represented, Mike won the award for the BNI Core Value of Accountability!
He received the award from our BNI Global CEO, Mary Kennedy Thompson and then got to take his picture with Founder, Dr. Ivan Misner.
We are so fortunate to be in the BNI Founding Region under Mike's guidance.

A member recently asked Dr. Misner why you can’t belong to two BNI chapters. Turns out, it’s more important than it seems! Back in the ’80s, BNI tried it and it was a disaster. Split loyalties created trust issues, and only the individual member benefited, while the rest of the group lost out.

The lesson? Full commitment to your chapter brings the best referrals and the strongest business relationships.
