Country Mile Landscaping is hiring for lawn care and landscaping.

Starting pay at least $15 per hour. Goes up from there based on consistency, production, quality, and speed. Top pay for experienced, reliable, productive mowing crew leader.

Full time work. All of our employees are W2'd not paid cash or 1099'd. 30 minute lunch everyday. Time and a half paid for anything over 40 hours. In the winter we split and sale firewood, no plowing/waiting for it to snow.

Must be physically fit. Must have a license and your own reliable transportation, must have a good work ethic, attitude, and attendance. Must be productive and self-disciplined.

Experience working for established lawn service(s) preferred. Operating trimmers, commercial zero turns including stand on and walk behinds preferred. Experience driving trailers preferred. Experience trimming bushes and mulching preferred.

Work is primarily in Charlottesville and Gordonsville.
