I know for a fact that all contractors deal with this on the regular…. Client:”hey I have a great design I’ll send it over you shouldn’t have a problem figuring it out.”
Me: “ Ok no problem, we will make it according to your plans!”
I receive the sketch from the client, thinking their 3 yr old drew it and have to work with that.
End of the project Client : “ yup, that’s exactly what I envisioned in so glad I sent you the drawings “

Started off by mounting my chargers to the lid and found out real quick the the lid wouldn't stay open, so what did I do? Added a gas shock. Not only does the lid stay up when charging it opens on its own.

A Before and after shot of a small front porch/patio. Started out by pouring a 12x4 slab. Finished it of with a pergola style cover. Cover was made out of solid cedar. Using decorative hardware.
This will be a perfect spot to get ur morning started with a coffee and the newspaper. Even a great spot to come to and relax!
