HIRING PROJECT MANAGER!

1. Determine materials required for each project and coordinate with distributor when materials can be delivered and received.
2. Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure standards are met.
3. Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
4. Prepare and deliver reports detailing the progress of all roofing work.
5. Attend job walks and go on roof walks; and meet with customers
6. Look at buildings, measure roofs, cut roof see how many layers take photos.
7. May perform other duties as assigned.
8. pull permits, start to finish.
9. Meet city for finals
10. Fill out material warranties
11. Schedule reroofs and repairs with customers.
12. Line out with the guys with their daily schedule

Just got done with doing this beautiful roof for a very good client. In order for us to install the roof correctly we had to take off all the solar panels, put on the new roof, and put back the existing solar panels; and had a tight deadline to finish by. We came in with a game plan and executed the job flawlessly. As expected everything went smoothly and the client could not be more thrilled to have a new roofing system on their roof.

Just got done reroofing this 14,000 square feet strip mall for one of our clients. Before we put on the new roof this property was a handful for the property managers, having multiple tenants call in roof leaks. Now they don't have to worry about the roof leaks and they are enjoying the building staying cooler with the white title 24 cool roof.
