First visit — Josh and Kyle pulled up to remove an old laundry sink that was doing way too much. It was being used as the water source and drain for the laundry, and the setup was old, messy, and overdue for an upgrade.
So we tore it out and rebuilt it the right way.
Upgraded the drain to ABS, ran new copper and PEX water lines, strapped everything properly, and installed a recessed laundry box so the washer hookups were clean and accessible. Then we set the new laundry sink, tied in a fresh drain, and installed new angle stops to finish it off. Nice, clean, and built right.
The following week she called back after noticing something scary — her old water heater was literally bulging out through the side wall. The wall looked like it was ready to burst from the pressure of how everything had been crammed in there over the years.
So Jordan and Stanley showed up and opened the wall to see what kind of chaos was hiding behind it… and it was exactly what you’d expect in an old setup like that.
They replumbed the system from underneath the house, stubbed out new copper lines, and completely reconfigured the mess so the plumbing actually made sense again. Installed a new T&P line, ran a new hose bib supply line (the old one was there but way past its prime), and updated everything while we had access.
Once the plumbing was dialed in and stubbed out, Oscar stepped in and handled the drywall and texture, closing everything back up like it never even happened.
Plumbers. Drywall. Everyone doing their part.
That’s teamwork. 💪
Two visits, one huge upgrade, and a whole lot of old plumbing brought into the modern day.
