Last week we officially cut the ribbon on Artspace Norbridge! Breathing new life into an existing structure takes a special kind of patience, vision, and problem-solving. Balancing the bones of the original building with a modern, functional design across two distinct phases wasn’t simple, but seeing it fully realized and buzzing with people last week made every coordination meeting worth it.
This project was a true joint effort. Designed in association between ELEV8 Architecture and MJSA Architects . Blending our teams’ perspectives, design strengths, and problem-solving made navigating the complexities of a full renovation a fantastic experience from initial schematic concepts to the final punch list.
Huge congratulations to Artspace (Artspace ) and thank you to the incredible construction team at Pentalon Construction and consultants who brought every detail to life.
