The project introduces new classrooms, sensory and therapy spaces, and enhanced accessibility—creating more opportunities for children and families to learn, grow, and thrive.

Designed to be warm, welcoming, and connected to its surroundings, this transformation is all about support, inclusion, and impact.

We are thrilled to share that we are getting started on Phase #2 of our Lattice Apartments project in Downtown Salt Lake City. This project is a redeveloped high-rise hotel tower, transformed and right-sized into a studio apartment community. Lattice is home to (198) 320 square foot studios featuring floor to ceiling windows with mountain views and convenient access to some amazing onsite amenities. Meet Dan a member of the Elev8 team since 2022. Dan has gained his architectural design knowledge as a result of working on a variety of different types of projects during his career. Since starting to practice architecture in 2009, Dan has worked on a collection of projects that includes multi-family housing, single family residential, healthcare, assembly spaces and interior business renovations. He also has a background in construction, giving him an innate knowledge of detailing and an interest in the construction process. He approaches each project with the desire to meet the needs of the client and ending with a superb final product.
