🚨 We’re Hiring: Experienced Office Manager 🚨
Purtill Plumbing is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team full-time!
In this role, you’ll work closely with the owner to keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional administrative support and customer service. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys helping people, and brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset to the table.
🔹 Position Details:
• Full-time, onsite in Orchard Park, NY
• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
• Starting at $25 per hour (based on experience)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage inbound calls with empathy and efficiency
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-up
• Support day-to-day office operations and communication
• Maintain spreadsheets, documents, etc.
• Collaborate with staff and management to meet business goals
🔹 We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of administrative experience preferred
• A cheerful, polished phone presence
• Strong multitasking and computer skills (MS Office, QuickBooks)
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
• Someone comfortable working in an office located in a warehouse
• Industry experience in plumbing or contracting is a plus, but not required
