We like to hire people we Know, Like and Trust. If we don’t know you don’t rule yourself out. We can read people pretty good and we also do background checks as well as drug tests. So no crackheads, m**h freaks or alcoholics. We aren’t a halfway house. This is a championship team we are building and we plan to keep the team tight. The new teammates must want to work hard and enjoy their craft. We like to have a good time so if you’re a “Debbie Downer” you need not apply. And no hacks! And don’t over promise and under deliver or you’ll get canned. Simple.

If you want to be on the J D Green Team you have to have the old school, hard-working mentality. Start Early, Leave Late and Kick Ass While You’re Here!

Here’s our first piece of furniture. It’s call a Joggling Board. It pretty much fits our personality. Fun and creative. This is a fun piece of furniture. The joggling board goes back to South Carolina around Charleston in the early 19th century and was created to use for exercising and rehabilitation. Many have found it more fun to bounce and rock on by themselves or with friends and family. I don’t recall where I first saw this idea but have pondered building it for a decade or more. My dad made it happen with a little bit of my influence. Awesome job Pa Steve Green!!

As for the dude ripping the banjo, that’s Lucas. We made this Joggling Board for him and his family. I told Carla Malloy Elder Flat Farm I had a surprise for her when I finished helping build their house and finally was able to present it to her and . Enjoy amigos!

The Joggling Boards can be customized to your style. This one fits the Malloy ranch and life style.
