A little progress update from the Williams Pool House project. 👏

This one started as a garage by the pool and is being transformed into a space where family and friends can gather, relax, grab a drink, get cleaned up after a swim, and enjoy the property a little more.

Cabinets are going in, flooring is underway, tile prep is done, and all the behind-the-scenes plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is coming together.

It's always fun when a project starts looking less like a jobsite and more like the vision we all had from the beginning.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at an ADU we’re working on in Gladstone. These photos show the early work that makes or breaks the project:

I just wanted to share something that genuinely made me feel grateful. If you swipe through these photos, you’ll see the real story…

Felix and Aaron standing in the middle of the messy demo...dust everywhere, down to the studs, trade partners working hard...the part of remodeling that isn’t all that pretty.

And then… little by little…

Hey everybody, meet Tim!! Tim joined the Highland Ridge team back in July as our estimator and project developer, and it didn’t take long for him to fit right in.

He’s been in the trades for decades, previously running his own remodeling company down in Eugene, and he brings a ton of experience in finish carpentry, design, and thoughtful planning.

Outside of work, Tim’s an avid Harley rider, loves restoring old Jeeps, and keeps the office laughing with his constant jokes. Safe to say…he’s right at home here.

We’re lucky to have him on the team.
