We're Hiring ! Part-Time Office Staff
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part time office role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, confident, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Background in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with advertising and social media
Communicating and working with customers
Supporting general office tasks as needed
