Putting in some of the kitchen cabinets on the newly laid LVP flooring. We also built a wall and added a door at the bottom of the stairs to give the home owner more security.

We turned this basement into an air bnb for a client, replacing the carpet with LVP, demoing the bathroom and doing tile from tub to ceiling and octagon tile on the floor, then installed cabinets, countertops and everything you could want in a kitchen as well as updating the baseboards and door casing to the craftsman look. We also added a new vanity, mirror and lights. I will post more pictures and videos as you can only do one at a time now.

Sorry I haven’t posted anything in awhile, I’m about 3 or 4 projects behind, but will start with this project that was definitely one of craziest transformations yet, the client had me tear out everything down to the studs and joists and rebuild it, removing a wall, furring out a wall, moving the tub, toilet, vanity, extend the shower and reinforce the floor joists adding supports because whoever built it to begin with did a poor job and the giant free standing tub and 48” long pieces of slate needed a very sturdy base. The before and after pictures to come along with video of the entire process as well as progress pictures. Here is the before video.

Here is a walk through of the project we just finished. There was just an open passage with an archway that my client wanted done away with so she could have some privacy in her new bathroom and it turned out great. More videos of the process to come.
