Here's a home that we designed out in Kauai which was recently finished. It turned out amazing! Very tight setbacks to work with, and we had to use the exact angles that the lot had available in order to take advantage of the best footprint available to us. Hard to beat the views out there when you overlook a golf course, an archeological site, and the ocean! The client uses it as both a personal vacation spot and an AirBNB.
