We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to operate our CNC metal fabricating machine producing drip edge, standing seam caps, flashings, and more.
This job entails:
• Operating CNC metal fabrication equipment
• Daily forklift operation
• Loading trucks and trailers for upcoming jobs
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
Pay & Benefits:
• $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
• Paid holidays
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months (more possible based on experience/current role)
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)

🏗️ Job Position #2: On-Site Project Manager
We’re seeking an experienced laborer / project manager with a strong background in roofing and/or carpentry.
This job entails:
• On-site quality control
• Ensuring materials are on site at job start
• Picking up materials as needed to keep jobs running smoothly
• Meeting with customers and representing the company professionally
Pay & Benefits:
• $60,000–$80,000/year (based on experience)
• Paid holidays
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months (more possible based on experience/current role)
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in roofing/carpentry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass DOT medical card screening
