Roofers are here, gettin a little roofin done here at the 2026 Mount Ayr Addition

The outside is all framed up, and sheathing is all on here at the 2026 Mount Ayr addition. Now to go inside and frame up the walls for the Master Bedroom, the Master Bath, the walk in closet and the Laundry.

A little update here at the 2026 Mount Ayr addition , roof sheathing is done, Eyebrow trusses going on for the covered patio.

Here we have a new Custom Kitchen and Laundry. We want to thank Erin, her husband, and the girls, for the opportunity in making their dream come true, it was a true pleasure working for them.

A good day for roof sheathing here at the Mount Ayr Addition

Here at the Mount Ayr Addition, we have the Dormer windows framed, the Gable windows framed, setting some Piggyback Trusses, and building the rakes

The subfloor for the second level is all down here at the Mount Ayr Addition.

Here at the Mount Ayr Addition, all the stud packs are under all the Girder Trusses and the floor Joist are in, hope the good weather holds.

Getting a good start on Mount Ayr addition, with the walls up, some sheeting on, Girder trusses as well as the Gable and structural trusses all set. This addition will provide a two car Garage with a second story Master Suite, and second floor laundry.
