We are looking for a crew leader that has full understanding of providing high quality landscaping, has good customer service skills, and are very detailed oriented. The right person will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience.

We are not a lawn maintenance company. We specialize in sod installation, rock, mulch, straw, and plant installation. We are not a 9-5 type of job. We work until the job is done. Since we have unpredictable weather, there may be some weeks that we work many hours and others that we don’t. We will work on Saturdays if need be.

🔘 Supervising, training, and assigning work for crew members
🔘Documenting all work completed that day and work closely with owner
🔘 Maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency
🔘 Ensure customer’s expectations are met
🔘 Responsible for safety of crew and equipment
🔘 Be on time and prepared
🔘 Wear steel toed boots (Work shirts will be provided)
🔘 Making sure you have the proper tools and equipment loaded up for the day and unloaded at end of day
🔘 Operate landscape equipment
🔘 Keep a clean work space including client’s yards

☑️ Must have a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
☑️ Must be able to lift at least 75lbs
☑️ No felonies in the last 10 years
☑️ Must have three references

*Pay is based on experience
*Opportunity for monthly production bonuses
*Retirement Plan after one year of employment
*PTO (90 day probation period)

Sod and installation:
Types include: Centipede, 419 Bermuda, Northbridge Bermuda, and Raleigh St. Augustine.

Landscaping: Mulch, Rock, Pine Straw, Seeding, Plants & Installation.

We offer Dirt, Rock, Grading, and Installation of Rock Driveways.

*Residental and Commercial. Fully insured.
