This is what was hiding behind the walls. 👀🏠

As work continues on our Lake Nona addition, demolition uncovered signs of mold, moisture damage, and badly deteriorated wood around the existing fireplace, all concealed behind the finished walls.

The homeowner had mentioned feeling unwell after spending extended periods in these areas of the house. We can’t say what caused her symptoms, but we’re glad this hidden damage came to light.

These walls were already coming down to make way for the addition, giving us the opportunity to uncover and address these issues as the project moves forward.

Beautiful finishes are what everyone sees. What’s behind them deserves just as much attention.

Today, we visited the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove showroom in Miami to learn more about their appliances and see them in action through live cooking demonstrations. Some delicious food was a welcome bonus!

🏗️ From Demolition to Concrete — We're Making Progress in Lake Nona!

Another exciting milestone on our Lake Nona home addition project! 🚧

Just a couple of weeks ago, we were removing the existing patio and preparing the site. Today, we're pouring the concrete foundation that will support this beautiful new living space!

This addition will expand the home's living area, incorporate a new bathroom, and create an incredible space to enjoy the stunning lake views right from inside the home. 🌅

There's something exciting about watching a project go from plans on paper to construction in progress. Every phase brings us one step closer to transforming our client's vision into reality.

One week in, and this Lake Nona addition is taking shape! 🚧

Demolition is complete, the old flagstone patio is gone, and our crew is setting the concrete forms for the next phase. You can now see where the addition will extend the home’s living space and make room for a new bathroom.

The lake view from inside this home is going to be something special when it’s finished. Follow along as we build it!

A fresh new look in Bay Hill, Dr. Phillips! Our Nona Construction Group team recently completed this master bathroom and closet remodel.

This homeowner has trusted John Madison Landscape for years, so it meant a great deal to us to be invited inside to work on these spaces, too. We’re grateful for the opportunity and excited to share the finished result.

From vision to reality - progress is moving forward on the Wagner Residence exterior transformation.

What started as a detailed 3D design concept is now coming to life on site. Demo has started, the roof has been replaced, and exterior selections are nearing completion. Each phase is helping bring the original design vision closer to the finished home.

This is why the planning and design process matters. Before construction begins, our clients can clearly see the direction, materials, and overall transformation, then watch that vision take shape step by step.
