Told your AC needs to be replaced? Before you sign anything, ask the company one question: "What specifically failed, and how did you test it?" A real diagnosis has an answer. A sales pitch usually doesn't. That's the whole idea behind our second opinion visits, we test first, talk replacement only if the numbers say so. If RMI can't fix it, no one can.
