Compensación:

Requisitos:

We have committed work on the schedule through 2024, and unlike other roofing companies, we have the materials secured to perform these jobs. We just need experienced roofers like you to join one of our productions and our maintenance crews.
Offices in Orlando, FL& Davie, FL. This work requires a minimum amount of travel, to different large-scale new construction and re-roofing jobs across the entire state of Florida. Travel costs, including transportation, hotels, and per diem.
Compensation:
A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate along with the benefits listed below:
• Medical and dental insurance available for full-time positions
• Compensation highly dependent on level of experience
Requirements:

What we look for in new team members:
• 1+ years’ experience in commercial and industrial roofing and/or sheet metal.
• An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train the right candidates.
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written.
• Valid Driver’s License is a plus, dependable and reliable transportation.

Orlando, FL, March 22, 2023 – P&A Roofing and Sheet Metal today announced it has achieved Diamond in Associated Builders and Contractor’s STEP Safety Management System. Founded more than three decades ago, STEP has evolved into a world-class safety program that dramatically improves safety performance among construction industry participants, with top-performing Diamond members achieving incident rates 645% safer than the industry average.

STEP participants measure their safety processes and policies on key components through a detailed questionnaire with the goal of implementing or enhancing safety programs that reduce jobsite incidents. The job sites really took precautions to make sure everyone had new mask and gloves daily. They did daily safety meetings as well as stand down safety meeting and new hire orientation and safety classes before being allowed on the jobsite. As everyone in Florida begins to deal with the destructive impact of Hurricane Ian, our number one priority remains the health and safety of our team and their loved ones. Our Davie and Orlando offices are open thanks to our team's pre-storm preparation. As a result, we have materials to perform temporary repairs. The volume of service and re-roof requests are always higher after a major storm.
