Had it not been for the friendly neighbor of this lady we would’ve taken longer doing this cleanout. The only access to the backyard was a 3 foot wide gate. The neighbor allowed us to park on her property and throw the items over the fence which allowed to get the dumpster closer to the piles of debris.

We never got to do this job. But, when I quoted it I took a tape measure and a shovel to measure the depth of the concrete footings holding it. They were 2 feet deep. Twice the depth of the code requirement. The customer definitely overbuilt this one.

Somethings I’ve liked about this dump trailer is that it has a great tilting angle and the dual hydraulic jacks allow it to dump heavier loads than a single jack trailer. One thing I have noticed however is that it takes quite longer to reach its peak dumping angle as it has 2 hydraulics and they extend longer so the hydraulic fluid has to travel further through the hoses and the jacks.
