That’s multiple legends of 3 weight classes. 18 times he faced ufc champions (the record) , not to mention all the Pride, Bellator, Rings, Pancrase, Shooto etc champions he faced.
Hendo also won championships everywhere he competed. He was a ufc middleweight tournament champion, a Pride champ champ and Pride world grand priz champ, a strikeforce champ and the smallest man to ever win the rings Openweight world championship tournament.
He also won the Brazil Open 97 tournament in his first ever mma fights.
Hendo also beat every single Pride fc champion from welterweight to heavyweight including Grand Prix winners. Every single one. That’s an incredible stat in itself.
Hendo was the size of welterweights, often below 200lbs on fight night and was competing against some of the greatest middleweights, heavyweights and Light heavyweights ever and often beating them.
There will never be another Hendo.
