Looking for experienced project managers for commercial construction projects. Ground up and restaurant experience a plus. We pay competitive Wages above industry Standards with a full benefits package including insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay and bonus compensation based on experience and performance respectively. We are a mid sized general contractor who works statewide on mostly restaurant and retail projects for major national chains/Franchises. Responsibilities include budget and schedule tracking, subcontractor negotiations, running 3-5 jobs concurrently, material acquisition, client relations, overseeing of site superintendents and their day to day construction activities and office work. Project management Experience is a must. We are also looking for experienced superintendents. We are ever growing and opportunities for growth are available. Job locations are assigned according to geographical location whenever possible. Weekly time in office is required as well as site visits to each job you are assigned. We are also looking for people that are willing to travel, if need be, but not a requirement to be considered for the position
