We had a great visit to the Belgard/Oldcastle plant in Orlando to experience a behind‑the‑scenes look at how their products are made from raw materials to the finished pieces we use in many of our projects every day.

Seeing the craftsmanship, innovation, and precision that goes into each product was amazing.

Huge thank‑you to the Belgard/Oldcastle team for hosting us and sharing so much knowledge.

🌟 Team Spotlight: Sharing a Meal 🌟

Our team started the New Year with purpose and heart by supporting the Ronald McDonald House through their Share a Meal program! ❤️🍽️
We were excited to prepare an American style meal, serving up comforting favorites like🍔 Hamburgers, 🌭 Hot dogs, 🍎 Fresh fruit, and 🥦 Green beans.
Coming together to cook and provide a meal for families facing difficult moments reminded us of the power of kindness and community.
Here’s to more opportunities to give back and make a difference together. ✨

Mr. Allen joined the firm as an intern in 2006 while attending the University of Florida. After graduating from UF in 2008 with a degree in Landscape Architecture, magna cm laude, he worked in the Orlando area gaining experience in Themed Entertainment and Hospitality design. Matt reunited with FCA in 2014 and quickly partnered with Rick Conant. Over the last nine years, Mr. Allen has managed hundreds of projects in the southeastern United States and Caribbean, and has been a pioneer in the effort to bring BIM capabilities to the world of Landscape Architectural design. He has worked on notable projects such as LEGOLAND Florida, Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Westin Cancun Resort and Spa, Westin St John USVI, Universal’s Raptor Encounter and Velocicoaster, Cape Canaveral National Cemetery and many others.

Foster Conant & Associates, Inc. celebrates Rick Conant and Donna McCurdy for 50 Years of service! Rick and Donna joined Foster Conant in June of 1973 and have dedicated their careers to the design firm. They have been incredibly integral to the world of landscape architecture, working on thousands of projects around Central Florida and the southeastern United States that are still enjoyed by people to this day. Congratulations Rick Conant and Donna McCurdy!

What an amazing experience to be able to ride the Velocicoaster at Universal Orlando during the team event earlier this week. FCA has been on this incredible project team for almost three years and is honored to have worked on such a great attraction. The ride is thrilling and exhilarating to say the least! Stay tuned for official opening next month (June 2021). This one won't disappoint!

Del Webb, by Pulte Homes, focuses on Resort Style Communities for socially active adults.
This residential community will be in Tavistock’s 24,000-acre Sunbridge PUD. It will consist of 1,373 residential lots on 711 acres. The first phase features 198 acres with 446 homes and the community’s Clubhouse and Amenity Center. FCA provided the design of pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, outdoor amphitheater, as well as hardscape, landscape and irrigation design for the entire community. The main entrance located on the north end of the site was designed to pay homage to the St. Johns River. As a unique north-flowing river, the two massive water features present their flow to the north. Phase 1 also included eight model homes and a sales center.
