OFFICE & SCHEDULING MANAGER

The Blu Company is a family owned and operated plumbing, heating and air conditioning company located in Orlando , FL. We are seeking a full-time office and scheduling manager.
Excellent organization and exceptional customer service is a must! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, good-humored, and enterprising with high energy and a positive attitude. Given the size of our firm, we want someone who is excited about taking on new tasks and learning new skills. Strong writing skills are a plus. A good fit will be someone who is unafraid to ask for clarification and guidance or to provide input. Reliability is a must.
Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operations of the Service Plumbing teams.

Open and close the office

Interact with clients, vendors and company employees at various levels.

Answer inbound calls to the office

Create work orders

Dispatch technicians to jobs via the computer and mobile devices

Schedule and reschedule customers

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum 3 year experience in an office environment. Call center, customer service or dispatch experience a plus.

Strong customer service skills and work ethic.

Attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.

Team oriented.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be punctual and reliable.

Knowledge of the Plumbing service industry is a plus but not required.

Looking for someone willing to start immediately.
Pay and benefit package is commensurate with experience.
