The right fit would have several years of experience in the landscape maintenance field with a proven ability to lead a crew of at least 4 people to provide a premier landscape maintenance service. We are not looking for a warehouse store parking lot type of service, this is high end very skilled work.

In search of 2 resort caliper landscape maintenance foreman.
Position 1- Direct Report to Seaworld Area every day. This position is a 100% detail position. This foreman will lead a crew of 3 people by working along side of them and setting and example. Job consists of pruning, weeding (pulling weeds larger than 3" and spraying any smaller ones), raking, loading debris, deadheading annual, time management, etc... There is no mowing in this position. We have a separate mow crew that comes in to handle all of the mowing. This position requires somebody with a passion for Horticulture as this is an extremely high end property with a very passionate customer. Knowledge and attention to detail are a must.
Position 2- Reports to our office. Very similar to position one but this crew will also handle to mowing, edging, and string trimming of the property as well as all of the detail work. Valid Drivers license with 3 years clean is an absolute must.
We are a drug free work place. Drug test will be done during the interview.
