Always good to consider adding a French Dain to your landscape. It helps give the water a way to disperse as you guide it to where it should exit, especially when your soil is compact , heavy clay soil and does not drain easily.

We just finished two landscaping and drainage projects in Orlando. Our customers don’t have to worry anymore about their driveways and yard flooding. We installed a channel drain to collect water that was sitting in the customer’s paver driveway. We also installed a sump pump to quickly shoot the water out to the street so that it could make its way to the storm water system. Our other customer also got a sump pump and several catch basins along with underground pipe to get the water away from the house. We even created a firepit in the back yard.
