EXPERIENCED WATER MITIGATION & MOLD REMEDIATION TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for an experienced professional who knows how to get the job done right!
ELR Restoration is seeking a dependable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in structural drying, water damage mitigation, and mold remediation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Minimum 5 years of verifiable field experience
✅ Strong knowledge of structural drying and water damage mitigation
✅ Experienced in mold remediation, containment, and proper demolition procedures
✅ Proficient with dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, and moisture detection equipment
✅ Knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 industry standards
✅ Able to document moisture readings, equipment placement, and job progress
✅ Must communicate effectively in English with clients, management, and team members
✅ Capable of working independently, troubleshooting problems, and managing projects efficiently
✅ Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT) are highly preferred.
