🪏 A groundbreaking that reshapes how the Army builds for the future.

Conti Federal joined Pond , the Army, and JBLM leaders to break ground on the $169.1M FORGE Facilities Modernization Program at the I Corps Joint Operations Center. This marks the start of the Army’s first major installation program delivered through Other Transaction Authority (OTA).

Over the next five years, FORGE will modernize 16 projects across Lewis Main and Lewis North, improving operational facilities, housing, energy resilience, and airlift deployment infrastructure. The program represents a major shift in how the Army delivers infrastructure, combining OTA contracting with Architect‑Engineer partnerships that allow private industry to manage projects from start to finish.

🚁Conti Federal has completed the Helicopter Squadron Operations and Tactical Response Force facility at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in partnership with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District . The project was celebrated with a ribbon‑cutting attended by military leaders, elected officials, community partners, and our project team.

The new complex supports F.E. Warren’s transition from the UH‑1N Huey to the modern MH‑139A Grey Wolf, providing upgraded infrastructure for the personnel who operate, maintain, and support the aircraft. This facility strengthens the base’s national security mission and prepares its helicopter fleet for years of future readiness.

The project brings together the 37th Helicopter Squadron and the 90th Security Forces Group’s Tactical Response Force, improving coordination and supporting the broader nuclear security mission at F.E. Warren.

Conti Federal has been awarded a $15.96 million contract by NAVFAC Pacific to build the P‑859 Consolidated Headquarters Phase II at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz in Guam.

This award expands our presence on the island and strengthens our growing portfolio supporting U.S. military infrastructure across the Indo‑Pacific. Camp Blaz plays a critical role in strengthening deterrence and enabling rapid crisis response.

🏗️ The future of our industry is already taking shape.

Our 2026 internship class recently closed out their program by presenting their capstone project to our executive leadership team, sharing their accomplishments, what they learned, and how they improved over the past few months. The team wrapped up the week with a construction‑themed recap lunch and a friendly competition of bowling and axe throwing.

These interns made a meaningful impact in a short time. They took on real project challenges, supported our teams, and gained experience that will push their careers forward. We look forward to watching each of them grow in their careers.

🎉 Award Announcement 🎉

Conti Federal has been awarded a $67.6 million contract by NAVFAC Atlantic to build new ordnance magazines at Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella in Sicily. This award marks our second project at this key operating hub that supports U.S. and allied missions across the Mediterranean.

The work will expand NAS Sigonella’s capacity and strengthen its ability to meet current and future operational requirements. Our team continues to deliver complex construction projects that improve and modernize U.S. military installations.

This week, our project team at the West Point - The U.S. Military Academy (USMA) welcomed Major General Bartholomees for a site visit, who was recently promoted to Lieutenant General of the USMA as the 62nd Superintendent.

Conti Federal is proud to support the mission of the USMA at West Point through the ongoing revitalization of educational facilities, including our accelerated swing‑space project that keeps Cadet education moving forward during construction.

August is National Water Quality Month!💧

Although often taken for granted, clean water is one of our most essential resources. Conti Federal is advancing water quality by restoring contaminated groundwater at the Tutu Wellfield Superfund Site in St. Thomas and containing decades of industrial waste to protect the surrounding community’s water at the Salford Quarry Project in Pennsylvania.

There are nearly 2 billion people worldwide who lack access to safe drinking water. Let’s use this month to reflect on how we can protect this essential resource by choosing eco-friendly products, reducing plastic use, and properly disposing of waste.
