This house was built in the 70’s. The guy lost power to all his lights which are controlled by low voltage relays. He kept tripping the breaker. While up in the attic, I find this wire is all melted. I asked him if they had a fire 🔥. He tells me about twenty years ago the coffee pot got so hot, it burned up the counter top and fell through it. This wire was in the attic tied in with the transformer, that I’m about to change. That wire had been laying there twenty years and deteriorated enough to start tripping the breaker. Wow 😮

Broken Bar C Electric is looking for a Journeyman electrician. We are based out of Orleans Nebraska. We have several projects in the area. Pay will be based on experience. One of our latest projects. This farm is solar powered. They have not paid a utility bill for over a year. There is six batteries for storage. The extra electricity that can’t be stored, goes back on the grid. The utility company pays them for the electricity. When solar or electricity is lost, there is a generator to supplement electricity.

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to a healthy plus prosperous New Year. We want to thank all of our loyal customers for continuing to support us and exhibiting patience as we have been extremely busy the past few seasons. Unfortunately, this year will be looking a little different for us as we are losing two of our employees. We will continue to strive to do honest and reputable work, as we have in this area for the past 12 years, with our 27 years of experience.
