We’re hiring!

We’re hiring a hands‐on Crew Leader to run landscape construction jobs, maintain quality, and lead a small crew.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise crews; keep sites safe and organized
- Operate excavators, skid steers, and related equipment
- Experience in landscaping and hardscaping
- Read landscape plans and execute installation

Requirements:
- Proven landscape construction experience
- Able to operate and maintain equipment; knowledge of site prep
- Valid driver’s license; able to drive truck + trailer
- Reliable leadership and good communication skills

Preferred:
- Hydraulic license

Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience; overtime pay
- Paid vacation time and holidays

- 401(k) with 4% match

Schedule: Full time (40 hrs)

Pay range $35-45 per hour
