ABOUT FORTUNE ROOFING & SOLAR: We run a ridiculously fast-growing business that helps Home Owners Identify any potential storm damage to the roof & assist in the insurance claim process to make them whole again. We also assist with lowering or eliminating energy bills through solar energy. We believe on building leaders through hard work and continuous training. We’ve seen extraordinary growth so far without any focus on building a large sales team, so the opportunity to create something special utilizing your current sales skill and our sales training is very real. Because of this, we are looking for an A player who will lead Fortune Roofing & Solar sales team and drive connection to Homeowners across Volusia & Flagler County who need us. This is where you come in.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You have inside or outside Sales experience (bonus points for experience with Cold Calling & creating your own leads)
You understand Cold Calling and have the drive to execute at a high level
You have experience developing successful nurture campaigns for large lists
You’re fascinated by how people engage & interact through body language
You find it rewarding to test yourself and constantly set new goals professionally and personally.
Your detail-oriented & analytical, and are always identifying new opportunities or problems to solve
You love to collaborate with a team on an end goal, but enjoy working autonomously to execute your part
You’re an ‘outside of the box’ thinker who gets creative and resourceful about solving problems
THE ROLE: You Will Be:
Developing & maintaining New & existing relationships with clients
Inspecting Roofs to see if homeowners are qualified for our services
Developing new leads through door knocking and qualifying them for solar or roofing.
Estimating roofs and Solar through our robust estimating software
Managing your customers in our company CRM software
