-Good with customer relations
-Have at least one year of pool cleaning experience
-Clean driving record
-Able to balance pool chemistry
-Have a basic knowledge of pool equipment: pumps, automation, valves, and more.

New 5.0-star Review: "Recently contacted Blue Agave Pools as I was tired of maintaining the pool, plus was having some algae issues due to not being able to run the pump for a week because of a leak. Christian came out promptly and offered a fair price for weekly service. His team started the following week. A few weeks in I noticed the water slowly turning green. I contacted Christian and he came out the next day to fix the problem. He told me what was going on and the reason why it was happening (see above). Now my pool is back to normal and I am happy Blue Agave Pools is servicing my pool. If you are looking for a company to maintain your pool call Blue Agave Pools. Honest and friendly people that care about you and your pool!"

They showed up promptly the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty.
