This is an update to JMP Journal #10.
Basically "no bueno"; not that the products failed in some way, but that, in over a month, no time could be allocated by the store to explore them. Couple that with no understanding of how they could be used, and...
The demo units will remain at the store for another couple weeks and then be retrieved.
This poses questions on the viability of JMP and amplifies the difficulty of obtaining traction for the products.
There *are* other stores in Idaho, and it would take at least a week of driving around the state to visit them. I guess that action is on the table.
I don't know. It would be easier if the It-Series had failed in some way. At least the problems could be addressed and corrected. But this no-interest thing leaves my one man operation very dejected.
Josh Scott of JHS Pedals fame, in a recent writing mentioned producing products that people want versus what I want to build. I get that, makes sense. But, I *think* what I've developed *would* be useful as I see other similar products being offered, and videos talking about the benefits of utility pedals.
Again, I don't know.
