Not even a post i should have to make, but please feel free to share. I dont need to go on the news when social media travels faster. First of all i appreciate everyone who KNOWS me and knows this is not what we do to people. For the rest of u all of ur posts on this page have been screenshot and will be placed in our defamation lawsuit (just a heads up). We tried to do everything we could for this family. People talk but they have no idea how much time and money was put into Teresa Hayes house. The news forgot to tell you the whole third story was torn off, reframed and turned into a master bedroom with a master bath and huge closet (google what something like that might cost you). The news forgot to tell you the whole house was COMPLETELY gutted to the studs, all new electrical, new plumbing, new insulation, new framing (in areas) and new drywall throughout. The news and teresa forgot to tell you the top 2 floors are almost completed. The news and Teresa Hayes (campbell) forgot to tell you they never paid a deductable because "they didnt have it". Teresa and the news forgot to tell you that since they had no housing coverage on their insurance we provided them money for housing $1760. Instead of getting an apartment or something with that they got a hotel for a week." Cheapest one she could find". Then Teresa and her family moved to the 3rd floor of the house so they had somewhere to stay. We set them up with all kinds of things they needed to be able to eat and stay warm there, it was never enough. It became a liabilty so i told them they had to leave. Teresa also forgot to tell you we gave them $3000 for a down payment on a car that they were supposed to give back with their income tax because her husband (lester) wrecked his car and couldnt get back to work. They never gave any of this money back. There is almost $6760 of money towards helping them. The city also still has $12000 of their money or last i knew. We also tried to use the most fair priced contractors including ourselves so at the end we could help Teresa refurnish her home (since none of her belongings were insured by her mortgage). We waited months and months for payments to continue on the project. When they werent coming i even kept guys there working and paid them out of my own pocket. We started this project with $10000 out of pocket because her insurance wasnt sending money and we wanted to get them back in their home. We felt bad for this family so we went all out for them. Teresa also forgot to tell me her house was in forclosure not too long before we started the project and thats why we were being slow paid. Which brings me to another point. Teres and lester were in forclosure according to court records 3 or 4 times before we had even met her. I dont know how we can be the cause of her financial situation before we even knew her, but thats what the news says. Below you will see some of the pictures the news didnt show you of the interior of the house. Some text messages that prove we gave them some money to help them out. The "MONSTER" I was made out to is no where close to the person none of you even know. You just decided to judge. Teresa's isnurance wasnt sending money to complete their work, the contract was also actually over 125000 with supplemets the news also failed to show you. We did our best to help Teresa, but when funds arent available my family is no less important than hers. I cant feed my own kids or provide for them doing not only free work, but taking money away from them to work on a house that doesnt belong to me. Theres a whole lot more to this story, but im here to protect my name, not destroy theirs.
