Here’s what’s going on in this photo 👇

A lot of older homes have two chimney flues. This house had two fireplaces, but the homeowner wanted to eliminate the main-level one so the wall could be drywalled and painted smoothly.

We’re blocking off the fireplace while keeping the chimney usable — so future owners could reopen it if they ever wanted.⚡️

This time of year, we’re knee-deep in chimney repairs and brick restoration.

But before long, the calls start shifting to spring and summer projects, and this one was a fun reminder of what’s coming.

This is a custom hot tub pad we poured with a designer look in mind.
Stamped concrete with a teal stain and subtle brown tones to give it a little character—clean, unique, and anything but boring.

The plan: once it’s fully cured, a hot tub goes right on top, the brackets are for a future pergola.
The goal: functional and fun.

Not every concrete pad has to look the same. Sometimes people want something that feels a little elevated—and we’re always up for that.
