Today a private party enjoyed the pavilion and farm space. I have no pics to share except this sad one of Tilly.

Today I sent out a wedding flower order heading to Port Austin… and I can’t wait to see the photos from this one 🤍

Port Austin holds such a special place in my heart. Each year, the kids and I (and every once in a while, a bonus guest 😊) would make the day trip. The drive alone is something special—gorgeous landscapes, endless views, and those massive windmills that always make you stop and stare. We’d spend the day soaking it all in and then head home at sunset… the best kind of full day.

So it feels extra meaningful to now send flowers there to be part of someone else’s special day 🥹

I hope you enjoy seeing all the little details that go into packaging these wedding orders. And next time—I’ll show you what makes our corsages so cool 😉

We do have a few in storage, but that’s always a gamble—and I can’t guarantee you’ll see them again until next year.

PLANT SMASHERS!!!
“No mom! We are protecting your precious plants from the rabbits!”

Too bad most of what’s destroying our plants comes out at night, and these guys are pretty worthless protectors—unless you count our neighbors, whom Mabel definitely lets know this place is hers… do not enter.

Luckily, they’re so cute and absolutely love coming out to greet all the visitors and say hi!

Are you more of keep the dogs in the house visitor or let them out so we can say hi!?

Don’t waste seedlings!! 🌱
If you’ve over-seeded or have little self-seeders popping up, wait for a rainy day and transplant them as you thin your beds.

I’ve found celosia and zinnias are especially flexible for this! Just be sure to avoid hot, sunny days and follow up with a good, deep soak 💧

I don’t blame you if you’re feeling a little FOMO (fear of missing out) for missing Flights & Flowers today…

served up the most incredible coffee flights—seriously, the reviews were raving, especially the Tropical Bloom Splash Lemonade. And the best part? A slow, relaxed morning and afternoon spent enjoying the breeze, the flowers, and each other’s company.
