🛀😊Master Bath Renovation!

Well we lucked out with no water damage over in this bathroom. Removed the awkward door that led to laundry room. Patched the wall back up. Removed old flooring. Installed new Luxury Vinyl Tiles. Tub was in good condition just needed to be re-glazed. Installed all new hardware. Waterproof sealer on wall before plank tile installation. Cabinets all got a makeover, painted with cabinet paint and Installed all new hardware. Along with brand new vanity light fixture and ceiling fixture install. Annd of course a brand new toilet install!

🛁Guest Bathroom & Hallway Renovation!! 😁

Water damage on the floor was horrible in this area. It extended from the toilet out into the hall and under bathroom wall. We tore all damaged flooring out plus some. Fixed any water damage that was under flooring (mostly just insulation). Then installed all new sub flooring. Getting it under the wall was tricky we had to jack wall back up into place and slide subflooring under it. Self leveled from bathroom out to hall. Installed New Luxury Vinyl Tiles in bathroom and planks in hallway. Sanitized every corner of that room. Primed EVERYTHING. Fresh coat of blue paint. New white baseboard and trim installed. Old vanity was completely toast from water damage. Installed brand new vanity and hardware. New hardware for shower. New vanity light fixture installed. New bathroom exhaust installed. Door repaired, painted and installed with new hardware and handles. Andd of course installed a brand new toilet! 🚽🤘😁
