🏨 One Commercial Roof Leak Had Already Taken a Hotel Room Out of Service.
When the Baymont Inn in St. Robert near Fort Leonard Wood experienced major roof leaks, water intrusion left one guest room inoperable — resulting in interior damage and lost rental availability.
During our 4‑RCE 365 Commercial Roof Maintenance inspection, RCE identified multiple failure points in the previously coated TPO roofing system:
🔹 Failed parapet-wall flashings
🔹 Deteriorated seams and previous patches
🔹 Failures around the main roof drain and overflow drain
To stop the active water intrusion, RCE furnished and installed flashing-grade coating at the affected seams, patches and drain rings. We then applied a 100% silicone coating to the wall flashings and affected field area for additional protection.
The repaired area is now leak-free, interior repairs are underway, and the hotel is working toward reopening the room for guests.
This repair protects the property now while RCE prepares the long-term solution: installation of a 100-mil fleece-back TPO roofing system across the entire roof in the coming months.
That’s the purpose of 4‑RCE 365 — identify the problem, stop the damage, protect your operations and create a clear plan for the roof’s future.
