Things are moving right along at The Estates at Tuscany. Lot 3 is getting paint and stone on the outside, while wiring and plumbing is happening on the inside.

And Lot 4 is getting ready to be a fabulous custom home and we can’t wait to see this one come together.

We have been working hard on Lot 1 at the Estates at Tuscany. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home has some amazing features and details. The Estates at Tuscany is located in Libby Cove so if you are out by boat swing on in and take a look for yourself.

A great turnout on the renovation of this building built in 1937. A really fun project with only a few surprises along the way 😉. Added office spaces, conference rooms, break rooms, elevator, and a couple new bathrooms. Love seeing the square of Camdenton Mo. getting another makeover.
