24 years ago, I walked onto my first job site not knowing what to expect.

What I didn’t anticipate was how rewarding the end of a project would be.

After months, sometimes years, of planning and construction, there’s a moment that never gets old.

The final cleanup is done. The lights come on for the first time.
What started as a concept, then a set of drawings, becomes something real.

I’ve stood in finished buildings watching people work in spaces that didn’t exist a year before.
I’ve sat in a gymnasium I helped build, packed with students, families, and faculty cheering for their team.
